I went to New Balance 5/27/2023 and had a wonderful experience. First off, New Balance has the best stability shoes EVER the 860s. I decided to try the Vongos because they are like the 860's but with more cushioning. We had an employee named Larry who went above and beyond the call of duty to help my wife and I. The wife had him bring one of every shoe in the store for her to try on, but he was cool and very professional, lol. I haven't had service that good in a while. LARRY DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!

The staff member was not very excited to sell me. I showed him specific shoes and their size and colors. He kept bringing me black color for all the shoes that I ordered. I double-check with him to make sure he knows what I’m looking for! He said he's this is just to try the size then he would get the right color. After I tried a couple of models I asked him to bring the right colors he said that he did not have it and he would order it if we wanted. Over All he was nice, but a bit of clarity and a smile will bring more customers I think.

The young man who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped me return my shoes for ones that fit great. I will be using this place from now on for my shoes and my husband's.

Excellent customer service on Sunday afternoon December 10th. Very pleased! Fast, friendly, efficient, clean and comfortable with and nice selection. One of the very best!

I'm middle-aged, have bunions, walk a lot, and my feet hurt. This has made me cranky (get off my lawn!) New Balance of Farmington Hills was terrific. The staff are knowledge, kind, personable, and effectual. Nate took his time to understand not only my difficult feet, but the activities for which I'll be using my shoes. I was not at all rushed, but my visit was quick and efficient. My new shoes are extremely comfortable for my hard-to-please feet, and thus, I am noticeably less cranky. Worth every penny and every minute. Thanks, gentlemen.

This is a quality store great staff selection of shoes and clothing is pretty good they have the made in usa 990 series that larry I believe his name was helped me get perfectly sized,They have a computer that scans your feet.

Those who walk upon the widest of feet rejoice for here is a shoe store for us! I am sure that they have shoes for people with normal feet but I am an edge case and of you are too you know the frustration of looking at a wall of shoes knowing none will fit you. The New Balance store is a first class expirience. Chris analyzed my hair, balance, foot structures, put me on a machine that suggested what type of shoes to try, and he came out from the back with more shoe boxes than have ever been brought for me. I tried on the second pair - a USA made pair of 990s in a 9 4E. They have 4E! They even had 6E. Also, and I did not know this before, New Balance saves the best shoes for the corporate boutique stores.
